It is not possible to talk about CBI without talking about its culture.  From the beginning over 30 years ago, each clinic felt like its own "family"…a close-knit group of people who shared the same enthusiasm and values. Everyone pitched in to do whatever was necessary, and made work fun!  To this day, one of the great things about working for CBI is that your own clinic does have that "family" feel, while also allowing the benefits that come along with working for the large company that we actually are.
