Description: We Care Home Health - Calgary is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to ensure our recruitment, safety and policy and legislative requirements are met.

Competencies:

Ability to execute under tight deadlines
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience working and training candidates with ESL
Attention to detail
Has or is working towards a CHRP designation
Proven creativity in recruitment strategies

Essential Functions:

Conducts local market analysis to ensure competitive total compensation
Monitoring all HR indicators to ensure we achieve the desired outcomes,
Promotes strong public/community relations by promoting We Care Home Health at local avenues such as media, networking events, career fairs etc.
Works with management to develop and implement innovative recruitment and retention strategies
Responsible for the administration of the benefits program for field staff and all functions incidental to benefits administration
Active participation in O,H and S committee and related initiatives
Responsible for filing and related WCB issues,br/>
