Description: CBI Health Centre located in SE Edmonton has an immediate need for a professional, personable candidate to join our Administrative team. Responsibilities include: - Providing superior customer service by answering incoming calls, greeting and interacting with clients - Filing, faxing, handling a multi line phone system and other general office duties - Scheduling appointments - Data entry The ideal candidate will have the follow qualifications: - 1-2 years experience in an office setting dealing with the general public - A Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent would be an asset. - Superior computer knowledge and the ability to navigate computer systems - Maintain a high level of performance and accuracy under pressure while handling multiple interruptions - Self-motivated, work well with minimal or no direct supervision balanced with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments - A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment - Commit to continuous learning: Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply learned skills to related situations Personable individuals who are experienced in dealing with customers over the phone, in person and enjoy a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
