Description: CBI Health has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst at their National Corporate office in Toronto Reports To: Sr. Financial Analyst – M&A Responsibilities Include: Mergers and Acquisitions Support • Due Diligence Review Support • Correspondence with Vendor or Representative • Coordination of Legal Drafts, Schedules • Financial Modeling - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow • PV Analysis – NPV, IRR, Payback • Pro-forma Statements • Sensitivity Analysis Post-Acquisition Integration / Start-Up Support • Preparation of Department Integration Packages • Process Integration Support • Change Implementation Support • Assistance with Business Planning and Budgeting New Facility Start-Up Support • Assist in Developing Business Plans • Feasibility Assessment & Sensitivity Analysis • PV Analysis – NPV, IRR, Payback Projects • Capital Planning • Trend Analysis • Interaction with Regional and Business Development Directors • Financial Forecasts / Projections / Pro-formas • Annual Budget Support Qualifications: Desirable and Relevant Professional Designations / Education / Skills Have or working towards a CFA, CA, CMA, CGA, CBV Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor Business Administration / Management Experience developing business plans, Business development Experience Working on M&A Opportunities Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Desirable and Relevant Personal Attributes Skilled and Effective Communicator – Written, Oral, Interpersonal Keen Analytical Mind with Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Genuine Commitment to Successful On-Time Completion of Assigned Tasks Works Well Under Pressure and Deadlines Understands and Implements Business Approach Solid Comprehension of Accounting Principles Self-Motivated, Creative, Resourceful Highly Organized, Thorough, Manages Time Well Available to Work Outside of regular business hours Travel required within Canada, time varies monthly (max one week/month)
