Description: CBI Edmonton Health Pointe is looking for a self-motivated Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include: • Responsible for the overseeing/maintaining operation of the front desk • Responsible for the overseeing/maintaining management of the schedule • Responsible for the monthly analysis of all financial and referral data and provides appropriate feedback to the Clinic Manager • Oversees and performs all administrative duties including the timely preparation of accounting information, daily revenue report, maintaining cash flow, managing accounts receivables, payables and payroll information • Assists with preparing the clinic financial forecast and budget and ensure adherence • Oversees and performs inventory control on purchases and supplies • Responsible for the development of new business and services for the clinic in association with the clinical team • Responsible for bringing opportunities in the market for the expansion of the clinic’s business to the attention of the Clinic Manager and regional team • Provides information to the Regional and Corporate Office monthly or as necessary • Hires, supervises and trains support staff • Oversees staff vacation schedule and ensures staff coverage is coordinated during vacation periods Requirements: • Business degree or training at the post secondary level would be an asset • Customer service experience ● Strong analytical skills • Knowledge of rehabilitation sector ● Effective communication • Marketing experience ● Strong organizational and problem solving skills
