| Description: | CBI Health Centre in Fort McMurray is looking for a self-motivated Administrator to join our team. Your primary duties will include:
• Responsible for the overseeing/maintaining operation of the front desk
• Responsible for the overseeing/maintaining management of the schedule
• Responsible for the monthly analysis of all financial and referral data and provides appropriate feedback to the Clinic Manager
• Overseeing and performing all administrative duties including the timely preparation of accounting information, daily revenue report, maintaining cash flow, managing accounts receivables, payables and payroll information
• Preparing the clinic financial forecast and budget and ensure adherence
• Overseeing and performing inventory control on purchases and supplies
• Working with the Clinic Manager to develop new business and services for the clinic
• Working with the Clinic Manager in bringing opportunities in the market for the expansion of the clinic’s business
• Answering telephones and providing callers with information about the clinic, taking clear complete messages when necessary.
• Explaining CBI procedures to patients, insurance and Rehabilitation companies, employers and physicians
• Booking appointments either by telephone or in person. Entering patient date, patient charges, collecting payments and issuing receipts when necessary.
• Preparing, organizing and maintaining the charts used for daily appointments as necessary.
• Providing information to the Regional and Corporate Office as necessary
• Supervising and training support staff
• Monitoring staff vacation schedule and ensuring staff coverage is coordinated during vacation periods
Requirements:
• Business degree or training at the post secondary level
• Customer service experience
