From assistance with washing and dressing, through to medication reminders, toilet use and shaving, our certified personal care aides are ready to work with you and your family to give you the very best in personal day-to-day care.
We can arrange to help you and your family with companionship care, respite, meal preparation, medical appointment accompaniment and housekeeping. All of these services are designed to give you the additional support you need to maintain your independent lifestyle.
We can make arrangements to provide you with nursing services delivered by our Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses. Our nurses are experienced and dedicated professionals who can provide wound and ostomy care, foot care, respiratory care, IV therapies, diabetes management, continence management, palliative care, and much more. A key focus of our nurses is teaching you and your family how to manage your health needs so you are able to safely and confidently manage your own care to the greatest extent possible.
Child and Family Services
At CBI Home Health we are committed to advancing the well-being of children by providing social services in a safe, nurturing and compassionate manner. All of our staff and contractors are meticulously screened, selected for their experience with children, have a clear criminal record and vulnerable persons sector check, are certified in CPR and first aid.
We offer the following services:
At CBI Home Health we offer safe and reliable transportation for children and families with child welfare status to and from selected destinations such as school, visits, counseling, etc. All transports are provided by our nurturing and experienced Family Support Associates who have a clear driver's abstract, and have safe, reliable vehicles.
At CBI Home Health our Youth Workers take youth who are in need of support, role modeling and positive interactions out in the community for social outings suited to their interests and abilities. Our Youth Work program strives to provide healthy and positive interactions that enable youth to develop life skills that they can use to make positive changes in their lives. The youth in this program are currently referred to us by Child and Family Services.
At CBI Home Health our Supervised Visit program provides an opportunity for families to visit in an atmosphere of safety and support. Our nurturing and experienced Family Support Associates will monitor the visit and encourage positive family interaction and will intervene only if required. All families who use this program are referred to us by Child and Family Services.
At CBI Home Health our nurturing and experienced family support associates are available to provide childcare to infants and children of all abilities in a safe environment of your choice.
Persons with Developmental Disabilities
At CBI Home Health our Developmental Disabilities Program provides services and supports that enhance the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. We assist individuals and their families who experience a developmental disability to lead full, integrated, active and fun lives in their communities. All of our staff are meticulously screened, selected for their experience with children, have a clear criminal record and vulnerable persons sector check, are certified in CPR and first aid.
We help our clients by providing the following services:
This is a great program for those who are interested in working or volunteering in their community. At CBI Home Health our Community Rehabilitation Associates can assist individuals to determine their career goals and volunteer opportunities, support them on-site as they learn new skills, and assist them with confidence building.
Supported Independent Living
At CBI Home Health our Supported Independent Living program provides individualized support to clients who are currently living with their family or in the community. Our focus is on support and skill development in areas such as banking, cooking, grocery shopping, home organization and maintenance etc. Our goal is to enable individuals in our program to live as independently as possible.
Out of Home/In-Home Respite
At CBI Home Health we provide our clients with the opportunity to go out in the community with one of our Community Rehabilitation Associates to participate in a fun activity of their choice. For those who just want to do something fun at home we can simply stop by for a visit.
CBI Home Health Occupational and Physical Therapists can be scheduled to visit you for your rehabilitation needs.

Do you have a chronic condition and need to learn how to maintain strength and joint range to prevent complications?

Our therapist's works in collaboration with other members of our therapy team, to assist our clients to be as independent as possible in activities of self-care, work and leisure. They help people to work towards a healthy balance between these activities and rest by providing therapeutic intervention, consultation, education, and training.
