Client Rights

As a client of CBI Home Health, you are the foundation of all that we do. We believe that you have the right to:

  • Expect courteous and professional behavior from all CBI personnel at all times

  • Receive the best possible care

  • Receive your treatment without fear of physical, verbal or psychological abuse, sexual harassment, humiliation or neglect

  • Freedom from financial or other forms of exploitation

  • Make informed choices regarding your service delivery and are required to provide verbal consent to receive services

  • Advocacy services

  • Make a complaint if you are unhappy about services received without fear of retaliation

  • Access the information contained within your health care record

  • Authorize the collection, use and disclosure of your personal or personal health information
