Client Rights
As a client of CBI Home Health, you are the foundation of all that we do. We believe that you have the right to:

Expect courteous and professional behavior from all CBI personnel at all times

Receive the best possible care

Receive your treatment without fear of physical, verbal or psychological abuse, sexual harassment, humiliation or neglect

Freedom from financial or other forms of exploitation

Make informed choices regarding your service delivery and are required to provide verbal consent to receive services

Advocacy services

Make a complaint if you are unhappy about services received without fear of retaliation

Access the information contained within your health care record

Authorize the collection, use and disclosure of your personal or personal health information
