Consulting Services and Optimization Reviews CBI Health Group has progressively evolved a rich capability in management services that it consistently applies across its network. This has given CBI Health Group a unique competency in providing consulting and site management services to healthcare practitioners, publicly funded community and institutional facilities and health regions. It is the strategic intent of our company to work with health regions and health facilities to develop systems and processes that optimize service delivery, improve access to care, enhance productivity from scarce resources (financial and personnel) and ultimately help sustain globally funded programs.

Our consulting team works with hospitals across Canada to develop solutions that help reduce financial commitments and find new revenue to sustain these services, through Optimization Reviews of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs and various ambulatory and fracture clinics. These reviews compare to industry benchmarks, standards and best practices. Unlike other consulting company's that only provide data comparisons with peer hospitals, our company goes one step further by recommending and implementing practical and viable options for achieving operational efficiencies, revenue growth and alternative opportunities during service provision reductions and closures.

Rehabilitation Services

CBI Health Group is currently partnered with several hospitals in Ontario to provide rehabilitation services, including hospital funded inpatient physiotherapy, occupational therapy and recreation therapy (acute, rehabilitation, paediatrics, critical care, emergency, mental health and complex continuing care); comprehensive out patient physiotherapy and occupational therapy services; and/or privately funded rehabilitation services. 

Our multidisciplinary treatment teams include physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, recreation therapists, physiotherapist/occupational therapist assistants and administrative personnel. Our health care professionals work within inter-professional care models to ensure high quality integrated care to our patients. Our clinicians treat a wide range of patient populations including those with musculoskeletal, cardio respiratory, neurological and mental health conditions.
