Welcome to CBI Monarch House Autism Centre

Understanding the dramatic gaps in Canada of care delivery to children with Autism (ASD) was the catalyst that led to building Monarch House Autism Centre.

At Monarch House, we provide interdisciplinary, home based and centre-based services for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, from infancy to adulthood.

Our 20,000 square foot facility offers diagnostic assessments, treatment, supports, education and research, and includes a Sensory Room, Gross Motor Gym, and designated treatment spaces, allowing individuals access to therapeutic resources not readily found in the community.

Monarch House is now offering home based and centre based intensive intervention programs.

Monarch House would like to respond to the recent CBC and recent Global story, reporting that professionals working with children who have Autism are over 5 months behind in being paid by the Ministry of Children and Family Development.

Monarch House is committed to providing the best quality of care to our clients. This statement is to assure you that our staff continue, and will continue, to receive their pay regularly and without delay, regardless of the government's reimbursement schedule. It is unfortunate that many professionals in the field are going months without receiving reimbursement from the government for their work. We recognize the importance of having highly trained and qualified staff to work with our clients and keeping these experts involved in the care of our children is a priority. Having consistent team members with minimal "new faces" allows us to provide a high level of consistent care, which is necessary to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
