Ian Lewis, Clinic Manager / Occupational Therapist
Ian joined our team in 2008 as clinic manager and provides leadership and clinical services. After graduating from the University of Alberta, his professional experience has included practice in occupational health and safety, ergonomics, occupational rehabilitation and preschool/school age consultation. He has served and continues to serve in a number of roles on non-profit and professional boards. In his role as clinic manager and occupational therapist he hopes to enable people to do what they believed was not possible and achieve greater performance in life.
Lance Kirkpatrick, Physical Therapist
Lance has practiced orthopedic physical therapy for over 30 years and has practiced at our Park Street clinic for over 16 years. His extensive experience performing specialized assessments and keen interest in anatomy and biomechanics have made him a “go to” person for specialists and sponsors.
Raeleen Kirkpatrick, Physical Therapist
Raeleen has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and community practice and more than 10 years practice with CBI. She has specialized training in acupuncture and manual therapy with more than 20 years in practice. She has a special interest in pain management. She is the clinical coordinator for multidisciplinary Secondary and Tertiary rehabilitation programs as well as the clinical educator for the region.
Andrea Wollbaum, Physical Therapist
Andrea completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Studies at the University of Regina with a double major in Adapted Physical Activity as well as Fitness and Lifestyle. She then went on the receive a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Andrea focuses on orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders. She has been improving her knowledge and manual therapy skills in this area with continuing education opportunities, and is currently working towards her Diploma in Manipulative Therapy.
Dayna Onrait, Physical Therapist
Dayna completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Regina and a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. She started with CBI in 2012. Dayna provides physical therapy - including specialized treatments, education, exercise instruction and program coordination - in our primary program. She is currently completing post-graduate courses in the area of orthopedics and manual therapy.
Alyssa Whitby, Physical Therapist
Alyssa graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy. She relocated to Regina after gaining experience in Winnipeg working with orthopedics in a private practice setting. Alyssa has a strong interest in musculoskeletal conditions and treatment. She completed her Orthopedic Division Level I and is currently pursuing further training with the Canadian Orthopedic Division to develop manual skills and techniques. Using adjuncts to manual treatment including education and exercise prescription to promote function are also included in patient's rehabilitation programs.
Renee Donald, Kinesiologist
Renee graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Regina and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She has been with CBI since September 2004. Renee works primarily with the Functional Rehabilitation Program and provides functional testing ergonomic assessment and is also the regional privacy officer for Saskatchewan and Alberta
Meghan Eashappie, Kinesiologist
Meghan graduated from the University of Regina with a Degree in Kinesiology with a major in Fitness and Lifestyle. Meghan also holds an Exercise Physiologist Certificate from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She holds Emergency First Aid CPR/AED HCP certification and has past experience working in cardiac rehabilitation. Meghan currently works with clients in the secondary and tertiary level treatment programs.
Allie Atter, Kinesiologist
Allie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Regina. Allie has been a part of the CBI team since 2013. Allie has her CSEP-CEP and works directly with clients for functional testing and designing programs to work towards their recovery. Her interests also include the study of Chinese Taiji, and how it can be used as a part of the recovery process.
Katherine Taylor, Kinesiologist
Katherine received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Regina, and joined the CBI team in 2014. She is experienced in exercise prescription for varying ages and abilities for the management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Katherine is certified as a DriveAble Cognitive Assessment Tool Evaluator, and also holds a designation with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology as a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Dr. Donald Kelm, Chiropractor
Dr. Kelm provides biomechanical treatment in our multidisciplinary rehabilitation program. He has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and over 25 years experience as a chiropractor. He combines these two disciplines to deliver well-rounded care through a variety of myofascial and biomechanical treatments.
Michelle Shaw, Registered Doctoral Psychologist
Dr Shaw is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist with Authorized Practice Endorsement from the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. She has partnered with CBI in her private practice since 2004. Her current practice consists of the provision of clinical psychological services for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, primarily focusing on pain management, returning to functional activities, sleep management, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Additionally, she employs CBT and mindfulness based approaches in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The practice also includes the provision of psychological services for self-referred adults with a focus on the treatment of mood disorders. As a clinical neuropsychologist, she provides neuropsychological assessments to individuals who have experienced neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, stroke, and dementia, in addition to neuropsychological interventions for individuals with concussions.
Dr Shaw obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Regina and graduate training at the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained her Ph.D. She completed her predoctoral residency in Edmonton where she benefited from clinical psychology and neuropsychological training at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital and Alberta Hospital.
Pamela Clarke, Registered Doctoral Psychologist
Pamela has practiced with CBI since 2010 and has her Authorized Practice Endorsement as a Registered Doctoral Psychologist which provides her the privilege of diagnosing psychological disorders. She provides empirically validated psychological treatment to patients with a wide variety of mental health and workplace issues. She sees clients on an out-patient basis or as a part of a multidisciplinary team. She also provides psychiatric/psychological independent medical evaluations for individuals who are unable to work due to mental health issues.
Nicole Singh, Intake Coordinator & Customer Service Team Leader
Nicole is known for her ability to help referral sources and clients identify what services are needed and arrange specialized assessment services and multidisciplinary rehabilitation. She gathers resources to meet our customers' and clinicians' needs. Nicole coordinates the work flow in the administration team.
Lindsay assists with coordination of medical records and reports for the specialized assessments we provide and providing same day/next day access to treatment by arranging appointment schedules.
Sheena assists our customers and clinicians by ensuring same day / next day access to treatment by arranging appointment schedules and keeping vital treatment information flowing between our clinic and customers' primary care team.
