Education and Training
With the insight that better educated patients experience better outcomes, CBI Health Group began as a series of education seminars. Education is at the core of our DNA and is the key to great outcomes for both our patients and our team. Today, we equip our employees with the tools, resources and support they need to achieve their career goals. Our employees benefit from hands-on training, clinical skills workshops, mentorship programs, leadership support, wellness programs and 24/7 online learning.
Our talent development approach is about partnership: your passion to grow and learn, and our environment and tools that help you maximize your potential. With a widely varied practice across our national network, we work to match growth opportunities to the unique skills, talents and interests of each individual.
