Vocational Rehabilitation: Optimal Service Options for Gainful Return to Employment

Join Cheleen and Samantha as they explore cognitive and physical vocational case studies and the implications each have on the return to work process. During one of these case studies a rural setting will be highlighted and the unique aspects of rural treatment will be discussed. In each of the presented case studies, the speakers will delve into the decision process that was used to select the right vocational services for the plan member. The speakers will dissect how you can apply this selection process when choosing services and how the vocational treatment provider can communicate with the plan member and employer effectively to ensure collaboration. The case studies will ultimately show how the proper selection of vocational services positively impacts the outcome of returning to gainful employment.
