What?
This class is taught and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist and a certified Exercise Physiologist. This class is geared towards anyone of any age who has osteoarthritis in their knees and/or hip joints including individuals who are waiting for or who have already had joint replacements. The class is delivered in a small group setting with individual goals and customized exercise programs following individual evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist. You will learn safe and effective exercises to help you develop and maintain mobility, balance and strength.

This class is led by an Exercise Therapist, and is geared toward anyone at any age. This class is greatly beneficial for individuals with back and/or neck issues including pain, decreased range of motion, decreased strength, and ,muscular endurance. This class teaches relaxation techniques, increases body awareness and retrains movement patterns to support your core.

This class is run by an Exercise Therapist and is for anyone of any age who has shoulder issues such as pain, decreased strength or range of motion, including those individuals who are waiting for or who have already had surgery. Three of the sixteen classes are led by a Physiotherapist educating on anatomy, posture, mechanics, and injuries.

This class is great for any individual interested in getting outside and experiencing a new way to freshen up your walking routine!

What?
This is for individuals who are looking to start running or trying to get back to running. It is led by a Physical Therapist along with a variety of other health professionals who will help you get towards the end goal of completing a 5 km run at the Queen City Marathon. Education sessions will cover topics such as pacing, injury prevention, nutrition and footwear.

This class is led by an Exercise Therapist. This class is for people with Osteoarthritis, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, Joint Replacements and many other conditions and injuries. The goal of this class is to improve your ease of movement through using techniques to increase your flexibility. This class is mostly run seated with chairs as a support system.

This class is led by an Exercise Therapist. The class is for any middle aged women looking to participate in a group exercise class that focuses on full body strengthening with some aerobic conditioning as well as stretching. The class is run as a circuit so you can move through the exercises at your own pace. Exercises are tailored to your needs and ability level!
